By accessing or using TradeYard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including browsers, sellers, buyers, and contributors of content.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• One account per person or business entity

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keep your contact information up to date

Seller Obligations

• Provide accurate item descriptions and photos
• Honor all sales and ship items promptly
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Buyer Obligations

• Pay for items promptly after winning or purchasing
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Leave honest feedback after transactions

Prohibited Items

• Illegal items or services
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Adult content or services
• Live animals or animal products from endangered species
• Prescription drugs or medical devices

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
• Bid manipulation or shill bidding
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumventing platform fees

• Listing items is free
• Final value fee of 2.5% applies to successful sales
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Promotional listing fees as advertised
• All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. If that's not possible:

• Contact our customer support team
• We will investigate and mediate disputes
• Our decision on disputes is final
• Serious violations may result in account suspension

TradeYard is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• The accuracy of listings or user content
• The ability of users to complete transactions
• Disputes between users
• Any damages resulting from use of the platform

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated policy violations
• At our sole discretion for platform safety

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
